Noem Arch Restaurant with its modern global cuisine by the renowned chef Roman Hadrbolec is a part of the new Design Hotel located in Brno – Královo Pole.

The restaurant is the first restaurant of Roman’s own conception in the Czech Republic. His cuisine is rich with a various and balanced taste and uses fresh ingredients, Asian herbs, and Roman’s own spice mixes.
